These classes are offered to players who have taken individual private lessons through the academy. This is a wonderful opportunity to allow the Professional Staff to monitor your progress and coach you through your practice session. These classes are designed to help keep players on track towards their goals while teaching correct and beneficial practice techniques. Time: 4:00pm to 5:30pm Cost: $20.00 per person

LEARN TO MOVE BETTER AND YOU WILL PLAY BETTER The Nicklaus Academy will be sponsoring Awareness Through Movement Classes for Members and Guests. These classes will focus on making you more aware of how your body moves during a golf swing and in daily activity. Expect to gain a greater mental awareness, smoother movement patterns, freedom from pain and anxiety, and increased clarity to your athletic endeavors as well as your daily life. This is the perfect warm up for a Wednesday morning round of golf, an enjoyable practice session, or just a good day!
