LEARN TO MOVE BETTER AND YOU WILL PLAY BETTER The Nicklaus Academy will participate with Awareness Through Movement Classes for Members and Guests. These classes will focus on making you more aware of how your body moves during a golf swing and in daily activity. Expect to gain a greater mental awareness, smoother movement patterns, freedom from pain and anxiety, and increased clarity to your athletic endeavors as well as your daily life. This is the perfect warm up for a Wednesday morning round of golf, an enjoyable practice session, or just a good day!
