9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. This class will help improve your concentration, reduce stress, find greater balance and become more powerful and fluid in your movements. Let go of your preconeptions about yoga - this is a full body workout that can be customized to your level of ability and all you need is a flexible mind. Cost is $15 for walk-ins or $60 for a series of 4 consecutive classes with 1 bonus class. Class will be held in the Fireside room, upstairs at the Clubhouse. Yoga mats, props, water and towels will be available to borrow. The room will be heated to help loosen up your muscles - be prepared to sweat. Ages 8 and up, 6:15 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Depart from the Clubhouse lobby at 6:15 p.m., cost: $90 per person. Snowshoe a short way with a Wanderlust Tours guide to a quiet spot in the snowy forest to bask at a glowing "bonfire" in the middle of an amazing amphitheater hand carved into the snow! Relax around the fire enjouing delectable desserts and hot drinks while naturalist guides share fun facts about the forest, its animal life and the night sky! Snowshoes are included!
