This class will help improve your concentration, reduce stress, find greater balance and become more powerful and fluid in your movements. Let go of your preconceptions about yoga - this is a full-body workout that can be customized to your level of ability and all you need is a flexible mind. Cost is $15 for walk-ins or $60 for a series of 4 consecutive classes with 1 bonus class. Class will be held in the Fireside room, upstairs at the Clubhouse. Yoga mats, props, water and towels will be available to borrow. The room will be heated to help loosen up your muscles - be prepared to sweat. Please wear light, non-restrictive clothing and plan to be barefoot. To sign up for a class or a series, please contact the Concierge at 541-693-5300. |
