If you missed our previous GeoCaching outing, here's your chance! After a bit of training and practice using GPS tracking devices, you'll head out on a treasure hunt. And what Geology Week would be complete without a little spelunking as you explore one of Central Oregon's many caves. You'll also visit spectacular Smith Rock State Park, hiking along the Crooked River at the base of its huge rock formations and enjoy a picnic lunch at the river's edge. Crafts will include creating an erupting volcano and you'll play hot Lava Tug-o-War, just to blow off some steam! Water week returns! Nothing's better than a week filled with end of summer splashes in rivers, lakes and waterfalls throughout the area. Water balloon volleyball, squirt gun tag, and much more will end your summer at Camp Pronghorn with wet and wild fun!!Remember your water shoes - you'll need them all this week!
