Each week Chef will offer a different menu each Monday. Event starts 7:00pm. Cost is $26.00 per adult, $14.00 children 6-12, 5 and under free. Menu for this event's dinner is: Assorted Bruscetta, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Green Salad, Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, and Watermelon soup.

Ladies' Day will consist of creative formats and weekly golf clinics, offering something for both the social and competitive players. Fee: $10 per member plus an addition cart fee. Ladies' Days have a 9 am Shotgun Start followed by a no-host lunch and scoring in the Ladies' Lounge. While being supervised by Pronghorn Golf Professionals, members and their guests can ensure that they are practicing properly. Wednesday Practice Classes are held at the Nicklaus Academy from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. Each clinic costs $20 and is open to all members and their guests who have taken private lessons at the Nicklaus Academy.
