Pronghorn Golf Club - Food & Beverage EventsFood can nourish the soul and Pronghorn is honored to serve you and your family. In addition to our bar, restaurants and snack bar, we host a variety of events sure to please any palette.

  • Connoisseurs Club: With some of the world’s finest microbreweries and vineyards located right here in the Pacific Northwest, our Connoisseurs Club features decadent themes such as chocolate, scotch, cigars, champagne and wine.
  • Signature Dinner Series: These special dinners in Chanterelle celebrate seasonal menu items crafted of local, organic ingredients.
  • Wine Dinners: Oregon is abundant with fantastic wineries! At our wine dinners, we highlight local vintners and teach how food and wine compliment each other.

Our Clubhouse offers private wine storage lockers, engraved with your name, while your favorite bottles of wine are maintained at a consistent temperature of 55˚ to 60˚ F. Our Vintner Program includes preferred reservations in our private dining rooms and a complimentary bottle of fine wine placed in your locker quarterly.

DINING

Chanterelle: Chanterelle is Pronghorn's fine dining restaurant in the Clubhouse, and is the perfect combination of rustic and refined dining boasting an eclectic blend of classic and modern dishes inspired by the Pacific Northwest.  The menu focuses on utilizing fresh regional, local and sustainable ingredients. With the dramatic floor to ceiling fireplace, striking views of the entire Cascade Mountain Range and an extensive wine list, Chanterelle is as enchanting as the elusive mushroom for which it’s named. Chanterelle is open for a variety of special events throughout the winter season.

Cascada: Cascada beckons and invites you to drink in the sunset and a signature Pronghorn cocktail while enjoying the comfort of deep leather chairs and multiple flat-screen tvs. Enjoy the view from the wrap around patio and the mountain views to the north.

Our snack bar is situated at the rear of the Clubhouse and is ideally located for golfers on both the Nicklaus and Fazio courses. It is open seasonally, June - Sept, and offers a variety of on-the-go meals and beverages perfect for your golf outting.
